Get To Know Me

Tim’s ongoing success as a top producing Real Estate Agent over the past 38 years is due to his unique ability to understand the diverse needs of his clients and then act upon them with precision.

Tim gathers all the pertinent information, listens to his client’s vision and motivation for buying or selling real estate, and then helps them create a plan that will bring them to their desired result as seamlessly as possible. He takes care of all the fine details while still keeping sight of the big picture. He epitomizes all that is hoped for in a full-service real estate agent.

Tim began his real estate career in Honolulu where he sold real estate for four years. He joined Village Properties 26 years ago when it was founded, and since then he has consistently ranked as one of the Top Producers, with record-breaking sales in all areas and price ranges. He has a leadership role at Village Properties sharing his vast knowledge and insights of Santa Barbara real estate and the effect that market trends have on local property values.

As a longtime resident of Montecito who has been renovating his mid-century wood and glass home, Tim has a remarkable knowledge of the area. He specializes in Montecito and Hope Ranch properties, new development projects, estate view properties, and beach enclaves.

Tim’s accomplishments and service to his community are outstanding. He served as President for the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors® in 2000, was selected as the Residential Listing agent for the historical Granada Towers Residences, listed and sold all 37 units at Alma del Pueblo in downtown Santa Barbara, and is an active member of both the Santa Barbara and the Los Angeles MLS. Tim loves the arts. He is past Treasurer and Executive Board Member of the Museum of Contemporary Arts of Santa Barbara, on the Finance Committee at Lotusland, Patron of The Honolulu Academy of Arts, and Patron at The Palm Springs Desert Museum.

When Tim is not selling Real Estate, he is an active traveler and art collector. In his spare time, you will find him riding his bike, ocean swimming, kayaking, surfing, training for Triathlons, and playing lots of tennis.

His clients' satisfaction with his services is paramount to Tim. The highest honor he could ever achieve is having his past and current clients refer him to others.
